I ordered this rug because I really liked the pattern in the photos, but when it arrived, it looked different in person. The lines seemed kind of blurry, and the colors weren’t what I was expecting based on the website pictures. I kept checking it in different lighting because I wanted to make sure I wasn’t being too picky, but it just didn’t match what I thought I was buying. i was disappointed.

I was disappointed when the rug arrived because the color looked nothing like the photos online. My sister was with me when I opened it, and we both noticed right away that it was way darker in person. I really wanted it to work, but it just wasn’t what I expected.

I only placed the order because the sale banner made it look like I was getting a solid deal. But once I got to checkout, the promo code kept changing around and the final total ended up higher than I thought it would be. That part was weird and kind of frustrating.
I reached out to customer service, but they basically just sent me back to the terms and conditions, which didn’t really clear anything up. It felt like the discount was mostly there to get me interested, not actually save me much money. Annoying experience overall.

I ordered a rug from Well Woven because I was hoping it would feel nice and soft in my living room, but yeah, that’s not really what I got. It feels rough, and kind of scratchy under your feet.

From a distance it looks fine, so I’ll give it that, but the texture was a big disappointment. If you’re looking for something cozy to walk on barefoot, I wouldn’t recommend this one

Replies took forever too, even for simple questions. The rug has been sent back, but I’m still waiting on the refund, which is the most frustrating part.

Yeah, it’s nice enough, but it does move around a bit… I’d definitely say you’ll want a rug pad under it. Otherwise it kind of shifts more than I expected.

I’m careful about where I spend my money, so when a site gives me that much trouble, it makes me second-guess whether it’s worth buying from them at all

Yeah, maybe I should’ve asked more questions first, but c’mon, stuff like the material, how it feels, and the actual color should be easy to figure out before you buy. It was just kinda frustrating, not gonna lie...
